PACS Construction Laboratories and Testing Services, Inc is a Texas Registered Type C Corporation founded in 2003 in Houston, Texas. We have been providing our services to the construction industry in Houston, Texas for over 15 years and are located at 8464 N Sam Houston Pkwy W in Houston, Texas.

PACS specializes in the testing and evaluation of construction materials, structures and projects so as to determine compliance with standards and specifications. Additionally, we are also involved with product development for such materials as hot mix asphalts, base materials and other specialty construction products. Our clients include; Material Suppliers, General Contractors, Subdivision Developers, Engineering Firms, Project Owners and the Texas Department of Transportation.

PACS prides itself on providing high quality, accurate and timely test reports. PACS is a smaller firm which allows us to focus on the quality of our personnel and the quality of our work. We consider ourselves an integral part of the team focused on the completion of a high quality project. PACS operates in compliance with ASTM D3740, ASTM D3666, and ASTM C1077 and is accredited by AASHTO as an R 18 certified laboratory.
